All New Rochelle Lightning Hockey professional head coaches are certified through USA Hockey's Coaching Education Program, and have extensive competitive playing and coaching experience.

At New Rochelle Lightning Hockey, we pair our professional head coaches with our parent and volunteer coaches on many team rosters.

All coaches, whether professional or volunteer, are certified through USA Hockey and trained to support player development. They follow the American Development Model (ADM) to help players grow and succeed at every stage.

This ensures a balanced, supportive approach to coaching that families can feel confident in.

Our Team Managers are dedicated parent volunteers. They have completed USA Hockey Safe Sport Training and have undergone thorough background checks to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
